Scrum Master / Project Manager

About the role

Swenetix Tech Plc is looking for a motivated Scrum Master / Project Manager to join its agile software development team. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help the team deliver high‑quality products while adhering to agile principles.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Schedule and lead Scrum events, meetings, and decision‑making processes.
• Monitor progress, performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize demos, product/system testing, and track project deliverables and financials.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a software or tech environment.
• Strong people and project management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication, and presentation skills.
