Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineer - DevOps & Technical Leadership

About the role

We are a startup building AI‑powered web applications and business automations. We need a senior engineer to develop full‑stack solutions, integrate AI capabilities, and lead our distributed technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Build AI‑driven features, integrations, and automation tools, leveraging AI coding assistants and LLMs.
• Manage Linux servers, Docker environments, DNS, TLS certificates, and reverse proxies.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, handling deployments, rollbacks, and monitoring.
• Coordinate outsourced developers, review deliverables, and mentor junior team members.
• Investigate production incidents and implement root‑cause fixes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience delivering production web applications.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor developers, and to work with distributed teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, independent work ethic, and comfort with a startup budget.

Required skills

• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern frontend framework.
• Backend API design, secure authentication/authorization, third‑party integrations.
• AI/LLM integration, AI coding assistants, testing and validation of AI output.
• SQL, PostgreSQL, database migrations, indexing, backup/recovery.
• Linux system administration, Docker containerization, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, firewalls, reverse proxies.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps pipelines, Git version control.
