About the role

Yegna Microfinance Institution is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer specialized in cash operations. The position is permanent and based in Adama, Ethiopia, supporting the institution’s mission to provide inclusive financial services.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year in banking or micro‑finance.
BA degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics or a related field.
Ability to work in a permanent, onsite environment.
