Issuing Solutions Intern (Graduating 2028)

About the role

The Issuing Solutions Intern supports the team that develops and delivers payment solutions helping financial institutions improve the cardholder experience, grow and manage risk. The internship gives exposure to the payments industry, product strategy, client engagement, market analysis and business operations, working with cross-functional teams to research trends, analyse opportunities and support initiatives that deliver secure, seamless payment experiences. It suits students interested in financial services, technology, data, product development and how payment solutions reach the market.

Key responsibilities

• Research trends in payments, banking and fintech, support competitive analysis and market intelligence, and summarise insights from reports, client feedback and market developments.
• Help identify opportunities to improve products, services and client experiences.
• Support product projects, including documenting and tracking business requirements, project updates and deliverables, and preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Analyse business and operational data, build reports and dashboards, and recommend actions based on findings; monitor key performance metrics and client outcomes.
• Work with Product, Sales, Consulting, Client Services and Strategy teams, take part in project meetings, and contribute ideas to improve processes and products.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating in December 2027 or summer 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
