About the role
Yegna Microfinance Institution, a licensed micro‑finance organization focused on financial inclusion, is hiring a Senior Customer Service Officer‑Cash for its Addis Ababa office. This permanent position will handle cash‑related customer service activities, supporting low‑income individuals, women, youth and SMEs in line with the institution’s mission to promote wealth creation and profitability.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year in the banking or micro‑finance sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics or a related field.
