Senior Outdoor Sales Officer

About the role

The Senior Outdoor Sales Officer will work on‑site in Addis Ababa, driving Ras Apparel’s wholesale and retail sales across the region. You will identify prospects, present product ranges and secure orders while gathering market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily sales routes, visit existing and potential customers, and present the company’s apparel portfolio.
• Negotiate sales terms within company guidelines, collect orders, and ensure timely follow‑up on leads and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports, coordinate with production and logistics, and monitor competitor activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in field or outdoor sales, preferably in apparel, textiles or FMCG.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and closing skills with wholesale and retail partners.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and travel within Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using mobile and computer applications for sales recording and reporting.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
