Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will manage the safe and efficient movement, storage, and documentation of chemicals and raw materials for the brewery. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, the role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and inventory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate staff, space, and equipment to meet warehousing targets while recording KPI data in systems such as SAP and BCS.
• Execute goods movement including loading, unloading, line feed, and discharge, ensuring correct labeling and location identification.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and manage scrapping or write‑offs via scanner where applicable.
• Conduct cleaning, housekeeping, and quality inspections of incoming and outgoing goods, separating defective items promptly.
• Operate and oversee material handling equipment (FLTs) safely, following certification and maintenance schedules.
• Record data for DCS, initiate safety and process improvements, and participate in TPM activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant management field.
• Minimum of 2 years logistics or warehouse experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP and BCS warehouse management systems.
• Certified operation of forklift trucks (FLTs) and other material handling equipment.
