Branch Business Manager I – Vacant Branches across City Districts

About the role

The Branch Business Manager I is responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across vacant branches in all city districts (North, East, West, and South). The role leads customer acquisition, sales performance and market expansion while mobilising resources and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the bank’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branch‑level growth by developing and executing acquisition and sales strategies.
• Mobilise and deploy resources to support market expansion and improve branch performance.
• Implement strategic initiatives that align with the bank’s overall business goals.
• Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Drive digital adoption and innovation within branch operations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks that could affect branch outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field such as Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory position.
• Result‑driven mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong coaching skills to develop team performance.
• Digital savviness to leverage technology for efficiency and growth.
