Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB (South West District)

About the role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB will lead business development activities for branches in the South West District Office. The role focuses on attracting, deepening and managing financial relationships to achieve deposit, interest‑free financing and investment growth targets while promoting the bank’s full product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, lead and control business development initiatives across the assigned region.
• Drive acquisition and retention of customers for IFB deposits, financing and investment products.
• Promote and cross‑sell additional banking products and services to existing clients.
• Maintain compliance with credit, risk and Shariah requirements.
• Manage projects and stakeholder partnerships to support growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Diploma or certificate in Islamic banking or finance is an advantage.
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong understanding of Interest‑Free Banking operations, products and associated risks.
• Extensive knowledge of credit, risk management and compliance in a banking environment.
