About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Sales Growth Business Partner to promote Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies. This remote, part‑time role is commission‑only and allows you to work on your own schedule while earning a share of the revenue generated from the clients you bring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in your professional network.
• Present Flowmingo’s solution and demonstrate how it reduces screening time and improves hiring quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for interested companies, guiding them through adoption of premium features.
• Provide market feedback to help refine the product and partnership program.
• Track referrals and earnings through the company’s partner portal.
