ERP Functional Consultant – Finance (Accounting & Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated ERP Functional Consultant specialized in Finance to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in accounting and finance and enjoys using technology to improve business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse finance‑related business requirements.
• Configure and implement Finance modules in Odoo and ERPNext.
• Map client processes to ERP best practices and design chart of accounts, dimensions, taxes and reporting structures.
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, system validation and deliver end‑user training.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on customisations when needed.
• Participate in full‑cycle ERP projects from requirement gathering to stabilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of proven ERP implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn Odoo and ERPNext.
