Junior Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

Central Hills Real Estate Development PLC is looking for a motivated Junior Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Addis Ababa. You will support clients through buying, selling, and renting processes while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout property transactions, from initial inquiry to closing.
• Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Addis Ababa real‑estate market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and the internal sales team.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve real‑estate expertise and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Proficiency in real‑estate sales, sales processes, and real‑estate operations.
• Strong focus on customer service and ability to manage client relationships.
• Willingness to engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently on‑site.
