About the role

Nutrition 4 Education and Development (N4ED) seeks a qualified contractor/artist to transform the interior walls of its Montessori Daycare and Child Healthcare Center into a calm, child‑friendly environment. The project emphasizes minimalist, nature‑inspired designs that support concentration and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital design mock‑ups and physical color swatches for client approval.
• Execute geometric or nature‑inspired wall painting across selected areas (total 517.05 m²).
• Perform area cleaning and restoration before and after painting.
• Conduct touch‑ups, final inspection, and thorough site cleanup.
• Complete all work within 4‑6 days from contract signing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior wall painting and artistic mural work.
• Ability to follow Montessori‑aligned design guidelines and color restrictions.
• Knowledge of low‑VOC, child‑safe paint products and safety standards.
• Capacity to work onsite in Ethiopia and meet tight timelines.
