Project Coordinator – Africa Regional Markets

About the role

Enkopa Lab GK is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support consulting engagements across key African markets. Based in one of the target countries, you will act as the operational anchor on the ground, linking regional stakeholders with the senior project team in Tokyo.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and data‑gathering activities with stakeholders in Ghana, Ethiopia, Zambia, Nigeria, Rwanda, or Kenya.
• Support synthesis of local market research and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Maintain continuous alignment between African operations and leadership teams in Japan, managing cultural and time‑zone differences.
• Document project records, action items, status reports, and risk logs to anticipate bottlenecks.
• Help prepare regional market insights, proposal drafts, and research materials for business development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting support, preferably in cross‑border environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
