Proposal Development Expert

About the role

Epsilon Innovation Group Inc. is seeking a remote Proposal Development Expert on a contract basis. You will lead the full lifecycle of proposal creation, turning complex RFP requirements into compelling, high‑quality submissions that support our climate, energy, and environmental initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end proposal development, from initial brief to final submission.
• Write persuasive, evidence‑based proposals in response to RFPs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather required information.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Ensure all proposals meet quality standards and align with the company’s sustainability focus.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in proposal management, proposal writing, and RFP response.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of climate change, energy, environmental sustainability, or policy analysis is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
