Sales & Support Virtual Assistant (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Support Virtual Assistant to join TalentPop App’s remote team. You will help e‑commerce brands deliver fast, friendly assistance while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time support to customers via live chat, email, SMS, and phone.
• Recommend products, guide purchase decisions and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Handle order inquiries, including shipping, tracking, returns and refunds.
• Update CRM tools and accurately track customer interactions.
• Represent each brand’s tone and values in all communications.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance and service goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote experience in sales, customer support or virtual assistance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Familiarity with help‑desk tools like Gorgias and Zendesk.
