Senior Corporate Business Relationship Manager – Institutional Banking

About the role

The Senior Corporate Business Relationship Manager will lead the development and growth of a portfolio of institutional clients, including international organisations, NGOs and the diplomatic community. The role focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions, driving cross‑selling opportunities and positioning the bank as a trusted partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and expand relationships with institutional clients across international organisations, NGOs, government and diplomatic missions.
• Originate new business and deepen existing client engagements through structured advisory and proactive service.
• Deliver customized financial solutions, drive cross‑selling of products and ensure high service quality and client retention.
• Conduct market and PESTEL analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate credit applications, assess borrower creditworthiness and structure financing solutions in line with bank policies.
• Monitor credit exposures, identify risks and take timely mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, Banking or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., capital markets certification) is an advantage.
• Minimum nine years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a middle‑management position.
• Proven track record working with international organisations, NGOs, government institutions, religious bodies, embassies or diplomatic missions.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, grow deposit and foreign‑currency portfolios and meet performance KPIs.
