About the role

The Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant will lead the full sales cycle for residential and commercial projects of Bamacon Real Estate in Addis Ababa. Working on‑site, you will engage prospects, present properties, negotiate terms and close deals while providing expert market advice.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct property tours and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare proposals and close sales transactions.
  • Advise clients on market trends, financing options and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Mentor and train junior sales staff and contribute to sales training sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional activities.

Required profile

  • Proven track record in real‑estate sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the Addis Ababa residential and commercial market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities in English; local language knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and keep detailed documentation.
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian real‑estate legal processes and contracts is preferred.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
