SEO Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO Assistant to join its remote team. You will collaborate with the SEO and Marketing groups to execute data‑driven optimisation strategies that boost eCommerce brands’ online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and on‑page content optimisation.
• Support backlink outreach and monitor site performance with Google Analytics.
• Manage product catalogs, site architecture, and Shopify CMS.
• Analyse customer behaviour using Klaviyo and generate performance reports.
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of SEO experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Excel.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Merchant Center (preferred).
• Strong writing ability; design experience with Canva is a plus.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced remote setting.
