About the role
TalentPop App is seeking a detail‑oriented Shopify E‑Commerce Assistant to support its online storefront. You will help keep product listings polished, inventory flowing smoothly, and the website error‑free, contributing directly to daily operational success.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize product descriptions across all Shopify listings for clarity and conversion.
- Conduct regular website reviews to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
- Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Update visual content such as banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in an e‑commerce or Shopify‑related role.
- Highly organized, self‑sufficient, and able to manage time effectively.
- Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor.
