About the role
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Ethiopia. In this position you will provide timely and effective assistance to customers through email, phone, and chat, helping to resolve inquiries, manage complex cases, and gather valuable feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality support across multiple communication channels.
- Handle complex customer cases professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Reliable personal laptop or PC with stable internet and backup power.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
- Readiness to work night shifts on a 4‑days‑on/3‑days‑off schedule.
