Café Supervisor

About the role

Bonna Coffee is looking for a dedicated, experienced and customer-focused Café Supervisor to lead daily café operations, support its team and make sure every customer has an exceptional experience. The café celebrates Ethiopian coffee and quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily café operations.
• Lead, guide and motivate café staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor coffee preparation, beverage quality and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and daily supplies.
• Oversee cash handling, sales reporting and daily closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Make sure the café consistently reflects the brand and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in café, restaurant or hospitality supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of coffee, café operations and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
