Customer Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote customer support team and is looking for a friendly, thoughtful individual to join as a Customer Support Agent. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them through chat, email and phone while delivering the high‑quality experience our brand promises.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist with product questions, order tracking, returns, exchanges and general support needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company processes, tools and product features to ensure consistent service quality.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures to contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Patient, empathetic, organized and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify (or similar tools).
