Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. You will act as the revenue hero, turning abandoned carts and hesitant shoppers into satisfied buyers through personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery outreach via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot purchase issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach campaigns and drive continuous growth.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales experience.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Self‑starter with a conversion‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable using digital communication channels.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
