E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a motivated E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to help drive revenue by re‑engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. The role is fully remote and focuses on personalized communication via email, SMS, and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and guide buyers toward suitable solutions.
• Engage customers proactively through email, SMS, and live chat.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat; e‑commerce background is a plus.
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM tools or customer engagement platforms.
