About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated sales professionals to join its Partner Program as a Sales Growth Business Partner. Working remotely and on your own schedule, you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to companies that want to modernise hiring and reduce screening time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach forward‑thinking companies and hiring leaders in your network.
• Present the benefits of Flowmingo’s AI interview solution and demonstrate how it saves time and improves candidate quality.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, answering questions and guiding prospects through the adoption process.
• Collect real‑time market feedback to help refine the product and partner program.
• Operate independently and earn commissions based on the revenue generated by the companies you bring on board.

• Experience in business development, sales, or talent‑acquisition consulting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline.
