Sales Development Representative – Healthcare AI

About the role
Our client has just received FDA approval for an AI‑based heart‑scanning platform that enables any healthcare provider to perform specialist‑level scans. They are hiring their first Sales Development Representatives to introduce this technology to clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Cold‑call medical offices, community clinics, academic institutions, and hospitals to schedule free trials or live demos.
- Research and verify contact numbers for prospects using Google Maps, healthcare directories, and internal CRM data.
- Identify and reach decision‑makers (physicians, practice managers, procurement officers) through front‑desk receptionists and phone trees.
- Log all outreach activity accurately in the CRM and leave professional voicemails.
- Send concise, value‑driven follow‑up emails or case studies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align outreach with the go‑to‑market strategy.
- Participate in training, mock calls, and coaching sessions to improve objection handling.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR or cold‑calling representative selling to U.S. healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology, provider workflows, and common pain points (reimbursement, insurance, tech adoption).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to follow structured scripts while adding a natural tone.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week aligned with EST.
