Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into hiring workflows and address questions.
• Provide feedback on user experience to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and talent acquisition contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Interest in flexible, high‑reward sales opportunities.
