Technical Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead our external sales efforts in the South West region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive growth across wholesale and contractor accounts while supporting new product launches and market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with business objectives, forecasts, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, identifying opportunities for mutual profitable growth.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities, convert leads into profitable sales, and maximize sales potential.
• Plan, forecast, and report on sales activity against KPIs for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in an area sales role covering wholesale and contractor accounts.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record.
• Excellent influencing and communication abilities at all organisational levels.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and ambitious with a passion for sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
