Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. In this position you will act as the revenue catalyst for partner brands, turning abandoned carts and hesitant shoppers into confirmed sales through personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact customers with abandoned carts via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a friction‑free checkout experience.
• Collaborate with the sales outreach team to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven remote sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong conversion mindset and persuasive communication abilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
