Distribution Clerk – Customer Service

About the role

This position supports the distribution of gospel teaching resources, magazines, and other church materials by providing simple and affordable access to customers. Working under moderate supervision, you will handle telephone and face‑to‑face interactions while learning the required software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone or in person to answer questions about curriculum materials, magazine subscriptions, and related services.
• Enter, review, and correct customer orders and subscription data using multiple computer software packages.
• Learn and apply the subscription software package, following all company policies and procedures.
• Handle a variety of order types, resolve customer issues, and manage dissatisfied customers professionally.
• Continuously improve speed and accuracy in order processing and customer service tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in any relevant field, or a diploma with at least two years of related experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with good telephone etiquette.
• Comfortable using computer equipment and learning new software applications.
