Investment Administrator (Ethiopia)

About the role

Inkomoko Ethiopia is seeking an Investment Administrator to support its investment committee and portfolio management functions. The role combines administrative oversight, data management, and compliance reporting to ensure smooth disbursement and tracking of investments for refugee and local entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Take minutes for Investment Committee meetings and other departmental gatherings.
• Administer Inkomoko Ethiopia’s Learning Management System powered by Odoo, creating and updating borrower profiles, registering payments, and tracking disbursements.
• Track, file and report on compliance with disbursements, collections and other non‑financial matters.
• Generate reports on investment disbursement, closing investments and active investments.
• Participate as a key staff member in the weekly Portfolio Review Meeting.
• Compile the pipeline from the BGS Team and prepare lists for UNHCR verification.
• File and maintain investment contracts, legal documents and other records in both paper and electronic formats according to Inkomoko Ethiopia standards.
• Manage communication between lending and other department staff and investigate customer or team issues.
• Analyze fee discrepancies in investment processes and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
• Assist with additional investment compliance and reporting tasks as required.
