About the role
Yegna Microfinance Institution is hiring three Light Vehicle Drivers for a permanent position based in Addis Ababa. The drivers will support the institution’s operations by transporting staff, documents, and small goods as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently for internal and external trips.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, routine maintenance, and report any issues promptly.
- Carry out basic administrative tasks related to vehicle usage, such as logging mileage.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of relevant driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license for light vehicles (category 1 or equivalent).
- Diploma or Level 4 education in automotive mechanics or automotive technology, or completed 10th/12th grade.
- Experience in a large organization with similar responsibilities is preferred.
