About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst supports the Head Office by coordinating strategic sourcing, tendering and purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods, works and services that meet the Bank’s strategic needs.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, develop and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between service providers and the Bank.
Analyze vendor data to identify trends, provide insights and recommend viable solutions.
Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with control procedures and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Property Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management or related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of post‑qualification experience in a similar procurement or sourcing role.

Required skills

Service level agreement preparation and negotiation.
Data analysis and interpretation for vendor performance.
Quality assurance and inspection procedures.
