About the role

• Develop practical climate‑resilience and circular‑economy tools, curricula and workflows to embed into Inkomoko’s enterprise‑development programmes.
• Work with Investment, MERL and program teams to assess proposals, secure financing and monitor economic, employment, environmental and resilience outcomes.
• Create an institutional roadmap for integrating climate and ESG considerations into Inkomoko’s impact model, including data, standards and partnership frameworks.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with technical experts, private‑sector actors, financial institutions and research organisations to support scaling of successful interventions.
• Document lessons, case studies and evidence to inform future programming and produce a Climate/ESG playbook for the organisation.
