Marketing Manager

About the role

Hakim+ is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead on‑site marketing activities for its pharmacy in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on below‑the‑line campaigns, community activation and partnership building to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that target local communities.
• Increase customer acquisition and retention through strategic initiatives.
• Build partnerships and enhance community visibility for the pharmacy.
• Plan and run on‑ground activations and promotional events.
• Analyze performance data and continuously improve results.
• Introduce new marketing ideas and ensure effective execution.
• Report weekly on KPIs and campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of marketing experience.
• Strong background in below‑the‑line marketing.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with clear KPIs and performance targets.
• Proactive initiative without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
