About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and result‑oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join a leading promotion company in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for brand activation, BTL, promotional, and event marketing services.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital outreach.
- Identify and approach potential clients for brand activation, BTL, promotional, and event marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch documents.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams to develop customized campaign solutions.
- Attend client meetings, promotional events, and networking activities representing the agency professionally.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within an advertising or promotion agency.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
- Excellent presentation and client‑handling skills.
