Sales & Business Development Contractor (30‑Day Performance Contract)

About the role

The Daily Momentum seeks a proactive, results‑driven Sales & Business Development Contractor to grow its coaching, group programs, and corporate training services over a 30‑day performance‑based contract.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential clients for private coaching services.
• Promote group coaching programs and convert interested participants into paying customers.
• Identify corporate prospects, build relationships with decision‑makers, and arrange qualified leads and meetings for corporate training.
• Track leads, follow‑ups, conversions, and sales progress; provide weekly sales activity reports.

Required profile

• Experience or strong ability in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or client relations.
• Confident communication with individuals and business decision‑makers.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
• Consistent follow‑up and clear progress reporting.
• Motivated by results and interested in growing with an emerging Ethiopian productivity and personal development company.

What we offer

• Base payment of ETB 5,000 for the 30‑day contract.
• 5% commission on eligible revenue collected from sales directly generated by the contractor.
• Separate evaluation and compensation for corporate training deals.
• Potential transition to a part‑time position with a base salary of ETB 15,000 per month plus 3% commission based on performance.
