Sales Development Representative – Logistics (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified business opportunities for a fast‑growing U.S. logistics consultancy. The position is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting to U.S. companies.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound dials per day and engage in roughly 60 live conversations.
• Identify at least 10 qualified logistics leads daily and record activities in Pipedrive CRM.
• Follow structured scripts, use the PhoneBurner dialer, and collaborate with leadership to improve outreach performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral accent suitable for U.S. business conversations.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and working U.S. business hours.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet home office, and disciplined work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Pipedrive CRM.
• Experience using PhoneBurner or similar outbound dialer tools.
• Basic competence with email, CRM systems, and sales software.
