• Maintain high CSAT scores while meeting daily and weekly sales conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales and customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection (≥25 Mbps upload and download).
• Personal PC or laptop with Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Quiet, professional home office free from background noise for voice calls.
