About the role
The Supervisor, Branding will lead the development and implementation of branding strategies to strengthen Awash Insurance’s market presence and ensure a consistent visual and verbal identity across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, coordinating with marketing and communications teams.
- Manage brand guidelines and review promotional materials for alignment with the company’s image.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze customer and market insights, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, managing timelines and budgets for branding projects.
- Support events and initiatives that reinforce the company’s brand.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within branding, marketing, or communications functions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint.
