Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Marketing Specialist is a full‑time remote position responsible for developing and executing data‑informed marketing initiatives that drive client and internal growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze performance data and translate insights into refined marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Create marketing plans, manage campaign timelines, coordinate assets, monitor KPIs and optimise campaigns for engagement and conversion.
• Prepare reports, presentations and dashboards to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support customer communication and ensure a consistent, professional brand presence across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly.
• Experience in market research, audience segmentation and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, data‑driven setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience using CRM platforms for campaign management and reporting.
