Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing and Sales Officer will promote solar products and services, expand the customer base, and support revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for solar products and services.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage client relationships and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with technical teams for successful project delivery.
• Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of the Ethiopian market.
