About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute daily digital marketing activities to boost brand visibility and drive user engagement for RubiEtho’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

Plan and run social media campaigns.
Create and optimise web content, applying basic SEO best practices.
Monitor performance across digital channels and use web analytics to inform strategy.
Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to align messaging with business goals.

Required profile

Strong foundation in marketing with practical experience in social media marketing.
Excellent communication skills for audience‑focused messaging.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Comfort working on‑site in Addis Ababa and collaborating with cross‑functional tech teams.
