About the role

We are a high‑end video production and creative strategy agency seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Officer. The role is fully commission‑based, offering a high‑earning potential for candidates who can generate and close large‑value B2B contracts with NGOs, international development partners, and top‑tier corporate brands.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map key stakeholders, decision‑makers, and procurement timelines within target organisations.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and discovery calls to introduce agency capabilities.
• Guide prospects from initial interest to scheduled discovery meetings, positioning the agency before public tenders.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to align production solutions with client strategic goals.

Required profile

• Strong communicator able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Self‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn B2B sales processes and develop a proactive pipeline.
