Commission-Only Sales Partner – Remote (Part-time)

About the role

Flowmingo is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its Partner Program on a commission‑only basis. As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies, helping them modernize hiring while earning a share of the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in your network who could benefit from Flowmingo’s platform.
• Present the value proposition, demonstrating how AI‑assisted interviews reduce screening time and improve candidate quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation and adoption process.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to inform product and program improvements.
• Operate independently, managing your own pipeline and earnings.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within HR or talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to build trust with decision‑makers and communicate value clearly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
