About the role

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Contract and Procurement Engineer/Specialist to lead road design manual projects. The role involves managing the full project cycle, from procurement to contract administration, for major road construction and rehabilitation works.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and manage contract and tender documents for road projects.
Handle claims and disputes on construction or rehabilitation contracts, representing any party.
Develop procurement policies, guidelines, and standard technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with internationally recognized contract conditions (World Bank, EU, AfDB, KFW, etc.).

Required profile

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 18 years of experience in road design, construction, and contract management.
Proven experience in procurement of services and works contracts and familiarity with financing source guidelines.
International road/highway project experience is an advantage.
