About the role

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer to lead road design and construction cost management for major infrastructure projects in Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and maintain Construction Management Systems (CMS) and related manuals.
Oversee procurement of road maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with financing guidelines.
Provide cost engineering support on road/highway design and construction projects, including international assignments.

Required profile

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 18 years of experience in road design or construction, with at least 10 years as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer.
Proven experience preparing CMS, procurement documents, and managing large‑scale road projects.

Required skills

Road design and highway engineering.
Construction Management System (CMS) development.
Procurement processes for road maintenance contracts.
