Contract Management Specialist – Road Design Manual

About the role

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Contract Management Specialist to lead the development and administration of road design manuals and related contracts for major infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full road project cycle, from design through construction and rehabilitation.
• Administer contracts, prepare tender documents, and oversee procurement of services and works.
• Handle claims and disputes on road construction projects, representing any party involved.
• Prepare Construction Management Systems (CMS) and associated manuals.
• Apply internationally recognized contract conditions (World Bank, EU, AfDB, KFW, etc.).

Required profile

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in road design and construction projects.
• Proven experience in contract administration, claims handling, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with procurement guidelines of various financing sources.
• Experience with internationally recognized contract conditions and preparation of contract/tender documents.
• International road/highway project experience is an advantage.
