About the role

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead the development of road design manuals and technical specifications for highway projects in Ethiopia.

Required profile

Master's Degree in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 18 years of experience in road design and construction projects.
At least 10 years of experience in ground investigation, testing and interpretation for structural foundations and slope stability of highways or bridges.
Experience on at least 4 projects involving computerized slope stability investigation, analysis and design.
Experience preparing design manuals and standard technical specifications for road projects.
International road/highway project experience is an advantage.
